Designing Iconic Places & Atmospheres

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I treat outdoor design the same way I treat interior design.
Each garden area is considered as its own room, with a clear function, its own atmosphere, materials and decoration.

For this Californian Spanish Revival house, we worked with chevron Moroccan Bejmat, climbing bougainvillea bringing color almost like wallpaper, sunlight and shadows giving life to the spaces, and carefully selected outdoor furniture to make every area feel inviting and livable.

And finally, the water element brings everything together through sound, freshness and a sense of well-being.

My journey as an interior designer has been an Odyssey, I’ve traversed continents at an early age and immersed myself in a kaleidoscope of cultures. From the souks of Marrakech to the stunning Balinese ricefields or the vibrant streets of Shanghai, each destination has its own narrative in my design identity.

Inspired by the colors, textures, materials, people, and traditions I’ve encountered, I’ve forged a style that is as diverse as the landscapes & people that have shaped it.

With every project, I aim to communicate the essence of this cultural richness that I have been (very) privileged to experience. I enjoy creating spaces that resonate with this authenticity that I see when I travel and to trigger a sense of curiosity & wonder for my clients or guests that will walk into a space that I have designed.

My journey is ongoing, it is a perpetual quest, looking for beauty anywhere I can. I will keep doing so as long as I can as exploring & discovering the world is my biggest wealth.

I believe Hotels should transport you. Interiors should be Inspired by the culture and traditions of a place, and design can become part of the journey itself.

After a week in Paros, I realized that the last 15 years were all about building more.
I think the next 15 will be about choosing better

A private palace renovation in Granada, a few minutes from the Alhambra.

Inspired by Andalusian and Moorish architecture, the project combines handcrafted stucco, traditional brick vaults, natural materials and lush courtyards to create a timeless retreat from the Spanish summer.

Hues of golds and blacks on distressed walls.

The ambition was not to create a temple, but an elegant home, authentic, relaxed and connected to the Alhambra.

One of my favourite architectural styles to work with.
