POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We opened Bar Kinky two years ago with nothing but a mad idea, a tiny basement, and a team of immigrants who arrived in London knowing no one — just the belief that hard work beats everything.

Today, a box arrived.
Inside: a UK Top 50 shaker.
Which means one thing — Bar Kinky made it into the Top 50 Bars in the UK.

This recognition hits deep, because nothing here was handed to us. We f*cking earned it — with long nights, impossible standards, and a commitment that refuses to break.

At Kinky, we don’t preach “manifestation.” We believe in work. In being exceptional. In being the best — not at everything (no one can), but at the things that define us. The things that make us Kinky. And doing them every single day until the results have no choice but to follow.

And this year, something unique also became part of our DNA - The Six Handshakes project: not a ‘collab series’, not a marketing trick, but a mission to turn our little basement into a global meeting point. A place where bars from every corner — from emerging teams to World’s 50 Best icons — bring their craft to London. Where we can learn directly from people who live the work, where we see what hospitality looks like beyond one city, and where borders genuinely don’t matter.

To everyone who stepped into this orange basement — thank you for believing in us, pushing us, inspiring us. Thank you, friends.
To our team — every single one of you built this from the ground up.
To fellow industry colleagues — thank you for supporting us, challenging us, for being there for us.
To London — thank you for letting a group of outsiders find a home and create something that matters.

The shaker has arrived.
The ranking comes in February.
But today… we celebrate the work.
And tomorrow, we get back to it.

This is just the beginning.
— Team Kinky 💜🧡

Everything genius … aham I meant Kinky is simple:

• Roasted chestnuts {100 g}
• Soy milk {600 g}
• Sugar {80 g}

Grind nuts, throw all in.
Bring to boil — simmer {20 mins}.
Cool down.
Strain it.
Pour into the siphon with 0.6g xanthan and one N₂O charger.

Go nuts 🌰

Bar Kinky goes runway. This autumn 🧡🤫

Something new is being fitted behind the curtain —
a fashion touch. Cocktails with a look.

Narnia? It still has secrets.
The door won’t stay open forever.
