For the curious drinker, we’ve got three worth making room for:

🍋‍🟩 LA VENENOSA TABERNAS
A little wild, a little green. This Jalisco raicilla brings roasted agave, citrus peel, oregano and a hit of lemongrass, with a mineral edge and a spicy finish. Tequila’s more interesting cousin, basically.

🐂 LA HIGUERA SOTOL
Bright, herbal and quietly punchy. Expect citrus, pineapple and grapefruit up front, followed by mint, cinnamon and a touch of caramel. Fresh, mineral-driven, and very much not your average agave spirit.

🌴 CLAIRIN SONSON
Rum, but with the volume turned up. Wild, funky and full of character. This Haitian clairin brings grassy cane, tropical fruit and earthy spice, with a dry, rustic finish. by @bar.tucks
