Construction outside. Liquid perfection inside. 🍸

For the coming months, Bar am Wasser will be hidden behind a dark curtain, only to reveal a beautiful new façade next spring.

But don’t worry – the magic continues inside! ❤️

We’re open Tuesday to Saturday from 4 PM, and on weekends, the drinks keep flowing until 1:30 AM.

So don’t let the curtain fool you! Step inside, take your favourite seat, raise a glass with us and enjoy everything you love about Bar am Wasser.

Same bar. Same passion. Same liquid perfection.

Our doors are open, the cocktails are waiting, and all that’s missing is YOU! 🥂❤️

Zürich The Art of Quiet Luxury 🕊️
In a city that lives by the second, the ultimate flex is slowing down. You don’t need a crowded Bahnhofstrasse to experience @visitzurich, you just need the right corners. 🇨🇭

Here is a minimalist’s guide to navigating the city with intention, from the lakeside to the hidden alleys:

🍸 The Evening Transition The Spot: @bar_am_wasser (Stadthausquai 1). There is a specific magic when the blue hour hits the water. This isn’t just a bar; it’s a sanctuary of precision.
The Hack: Leave the menu closed. Tell the mixologist a single mood: Alpine, Crisp, or Velvet, and let them translate it into a glass.

🍽️ The Main Event The Spot: @baurszurich @bauraulac (Talstrasse 1). If you’re looking for where « Quiet Luxury » lives, it’s here. It’s international, it’s polished, and it feels like a secret club for those who value substance over flash.
The Mindset: True sophistication is effortless. At Baur’s, the luxury is in the silence between courses and the impeccable service that anticipates your needs before you do.

☕ The Design Corner The Spot: @shop.monocle Shop & Café (Dufourstrasse 90) In the heart of Seefeld, this is the minimalist’s headquarters. It’s where global aesthetics meet local calm.
The Tip: This is a « digital detox » zone. Put the phone away, grab a fresh copy of a journal, and sip a flat white. It’s the ultimate reset for a busy mind.

Bonus Point: 🥐 The Comfort Edit The Spot: @kafidihei(Zurlindenstrasse 231) Luxury doesn’t always wear a suit. Sometimes, it looks like a slow brunch in a space that feels like a private living room.
The Story: There’s a certain joy in the « Dihei » (at home) feeling, the smell of fresh cake and the sound of low conversation. It’s the perfect end to a weekend spent with intentionality.
The Tip: Order the Pancakes with Cheesecake-Crème and Raspberry Compote. It is the perfect balance of indulgence and simplicity.

More than just water, even in January.

A delicious ‘Garibaldini’ from @bar_am_wasser 🤤

👉 Rebels 0.0% Bitter, orange, salted grapefruit & pink pepper, a damn good drink for aperitivo.
