As our summer series comes to an end, we're going out in style. On July 26, we welcome TonTon Madrid, with chef Nico García Mingo coming back to London for the first time since he manned the stoves at Carousel. It's a special one and we're so pleased to welcome him back to town.

Nico will be bringing his playful and eclectic menu for the day, starting with TonTon gildas of guindilla before fried quail sandwich and confit duck tostada. All washed down with TonTon's signature cocktail Lucido, their own take on mescal margarita.

ANNOUNCING SOHO SUMMER SERIES

A special Sunday restaurant series is coming to Soho. Throughout July, Bar Crispin will welcome a host of incredible venues from all over Europe, from Barcelona tapas joints to hyper-chic Belgian bistros.

Kicking off with @bitta_banging, we welcome the Dublin/Paris sandwich-aficionados on July 5. The duo will bring a selection of their most sought-after tear-inducing creations as part of their world tour series; we’ll be recommending some of our more interesting wines to pair with them.

Next up come Catalan specialists @mesalobo_ on July 12, before @badi.bxl a lively and fun Brussels bistro, arrives in Soho on July 19. We’ll close proceedings with @tonton.madrid on July 26.

Every Sunday will bring different food, but the same vibe, one full of music, conversation and the near-mystical irreverence of drinking (loads) on a Sunday.

For one night only on May 26th, Crispin will take over the menu at Margot! Crispin is a restaurant in London, from chef Lewis de Haas, featuring a menu that is guided by the seasons, with cooking that respects the product, growers and producers.

De Haas’ philosophy is to write menus thoughtfully and sustainably allowing the produce to lead. To take pride in sourcing, use the very best seasonal produce, and showcase the quality by focusing on maximum flavour through simple techniques and plating.

De Haas believes in working alongside suppliers and producers to take a shared responsibility of the food chain.
