In my 65th year now and I am happy to say...I am part of the 7am Club. I used to be a member of the 5am Club, like the various celebrities posting on social about Robin Sharma's book The 5am Club...featured on Blinklist. I prefer the extra couple hours of sleep/rest/meditation before rising to greet the busy work day! Happy Easter weekend...get some rest. by @barbara3cox

I am shaken to the core and terrified about the devastating, widespread destruction that is happening as a result of the drug fentanyl. For additional information watch Dr. Peter Attia on his podcast "The Drive" who talks with Anthony Hipolito sharing stats like...
-in the USA, every 5 minutes someone dies of an accidental overdose due to fentanyl
-accidental because fentanyl was laced in a drug thought to be for example, percocet, xanax, pain pills, etc.
-youth decide to try a pill to relieve sleeplessness, anxiety, depression
-fentanyl seizures have increased from 200,000 in 2018 to 10 million in 2021
-in 2018 accidental overdoses were killing youth aged 18, 19, 20 and up
-in 2023 it is now killing youth aged 13, 14, 15 and up
-kids are being lured through social media such as SnapChat where drug dealers show pictures of their stock and announce they have drivers on demand to drop the purchase off
-rainbow fentanyl is attractive to the young ones because it looks like candy and they are told it will make you feel better
I will leave you with one final stat...4 years ago the Arizona DEA seized zero fentanyl...in 2020 they seized enough fentanyl to kill 70 million persons.

I have mastered the solo party event! A trip to my private salon...aka the bathroom, a trip down memory lane in my closet, still looking bright eyed and alert despite on my way to bed (ok so I missed ringing in the new year) and well I must have had imaginary friends over as the evidence includes more than one unfinished glass of wine, one of which was left at the salon. LOL. Happy New Year to all. by @barbara3cox

Time out from running around the pool...paw pads needed some Burts Bees Baby Balm to soothe the cracks and blisters. The socks didn’t last long and apparently the balm takes really good! by @barbara3cox
