An early afternoon at the Vonn Trapp Family Lodge ✨🍂🤎🍁 Visiting the property was one of the highlights of my Vermont weekend trip! It was so relaxing I got to walk a bunch of foliage filled trails and see the Scottish highland cows! We are not allowed to get closer to the cows than the photos I posted nor are we allowed to feed them apples so if you’ve seen other people post that know that they’re breaking the rules 😅 Vermont is amazing and definitely a privilege to visit! Tourists need to learn proper etiquette and respect- I saw a lot of people acting disrespectfully (including a couple attempting to trespass on the highland cow tour). If you visit be mindful and follow traffic laws + common sense! #vermont #vontrappfamilylodge #autumnaesthetic #fallfoliage #fallphotodump outfit is from @selkie The Pointer Sleepover set (older fall collection) 🤎 taken in Von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort by @barbaraestephani

Vermont in the fall is beautiful!!! 🍁🍂🤎 I’ve done a few foliage trips but none compare to the vibrant colors I saw in VT. The key to a good trip is to start planning ahead! I had this trip fully booked in June- I got lucky that I picked the foliage weekend. Booking early saved me a lot of money so if you ever want to plan a trip to VT make sure to do it with time! I loved how peaceful Vermont is- I highly recommend driving through lesser known towns and backroads. Can’t wait to go back 🍁 #vermont #vermontfall #fall #fallaesthetic #autumnaestetic taken in Von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort by @barbaraestephani

If you’re planning a trip to Vermont I highly recommend Woodstock 🍁🤎✨ Personally, I enjoyed Woodstock more than Stowe since it was less crowded and there are a lot of surrounding areas with beautiful foliage that are also not super packed! This town is so beautiful and has so many cute shops to look around! Loved all the classic New England charm and ofc the covered bridge!
