I can’t believe it’s been a month since I’ve posted! It’s because I hate keeping up with social media and I will do anything to avoid it especially when I travel / enjoy my own life TBHHH and I’ve been in Brazil (I’m actually still here)
BUT this was a really funny lil day at @hudsonwilder pop up and I got to do a seafood grill and I never shared photos. So this is that! See you next month

summer offerings photos ⋆ ˚｡⋆୨୧˚🥬

this event was a CHALLENGE to say the least! it was a massive undertaking and trying to manage doing everything— every aspect of planning, coordinating, cooking, and hosting — was incredibly hard. (I definitely bit off more than I could chew lol)
and even after its all said and done, I can’t help but see all the little things I didn’t like. which is NORMAL and happens to everyone (trying to remind myself of this more). BUT the more time that passes the more I realize the cliche: perfection is not something that can be achieved by anyone. Instagram is all highlights and perfectly curated moments. I hope this brings some peace of mind to anyone online chasing the perfect bite, perfect event, perfect dish, perfect photo. Ok rant over !

To everyone who lended a hand in helping, thank YOUUU thank you I couldn’t do it without you₊˚⊹♡
a massive shout out to @mikansocial for the beautiful photos and @anar.studios for the most gorgeous florals!!! Thank you both for being so creative and bringing the space to life and lending your talented hands <3
And of course biggest thank you to @john__hedrick who has been my #1 teammate since I started out ♡♡

thank you @acehotelnewyork for hosting, and thank you to our produce partner @farmtopeople for bringing me the produce of my dreams!

My produce landscape was inspired by theeee original cool chef @badtaste.biz ! Thank you for being an inspiration for all of us cooks who are trying to do cool stuff <3🧚🏼‍♀️

Thanks to everyone who came to this event, whether you’re a friend or a stranger, I love n appreciate you <3 and wouldn’t be able to do these things without your support .・。.・ taken in New York, New York by @barbarakelley__
