I can't believe that it's been 11years since our wedding. Wait...waaaaat...lil ole youngin like me???lol! So I can finally start giving marriage advice??? Na wa! Lol... It certainly doesn't feel like it and I know that's a good thing!

My daughter who's 8 made us this card for our Anniversary. It tugged at my heartstrings for so many reasons! Chief among them was that It's such a big reminder that our children are watching...observing...and I'm so thankful to God for a man that's Intentional about modelling how to Love in words and in Action!

Like chicken in a marinade, time has made our relationship that much Tender, Richer, Seasoned, Flavourful, Tastier.....Deeper😉!!!!

I just came online to celebrate my man! He is Rare and I know it!

Happy 11th Anniversary to us!!!! It's a forever kind of Love Babe...by Gods Grace!!!🫶🫶🫶🥰🥰 by @barbaraoviawe

My Civic Duty Done!!!
Got to my polling booth...at about 2:25pm; zero queues as everyone else had voted..talk about voter gurl soft life!!!
Zero shenanigans...very peaceful! I thank God!
Thankful to everyone who did the right thing today...those that made it out to vote and all of those who've been praying too! Both actions are super important! We leave the rest to God ...confident that ALL things worketh together for our good! taken in 1004 Estate by @barbaraoviawe

....and ended the day with Abula , Cocktails and great Company! Yum!
I've got to shout out to this Amala, though! If you've ever had Amala in Ilorin like I have, it's difficult to find any that compares here in Lagos. Tried, and I've always been so disappointed! Yesterday, however, was a discovery!:) Amala was super smooth and soft, encompassed with lots of yummy ewedu, drowning in gbegiri and stew; and interrupted with the juiciest assorted obstructions ...cow leg, shaki, roundabout ...name it. Choi! They came very very close to my Ilorin standard! @nokbyalara ...wehdone! taken in Nok by Alara by @barbaraoviawe

When Bisi comes to town and we try to spend her pounds..unsuccessfully!
Yesterday was a blast! Started out goung to see 'Battle on Bukka Street'!
Got to give it up for @ebonylifecinemas! Bisi, after plenty of gist, forgot her ipad in the hall; another member of our group left her wallet. A lil later, they went back... both items had been picked up by the staff and kept safely... Both returned to their owners intact!!!! In Naija of today??in this economy??? Super Impressed!

Today, all I feel is Grateful!!!
In the things that are visible and in much more that aren't, God has shown Himself gracious, faithful...an ever-present friend and a consistently dependable father.

And to you Okus, bruv of life, pain in da ******.....but still an amazing human being. You will fulfill your purpose, all your dreams will materialise and your path shall shine....brighter and brighter!! Happy Birthday homie...x

We're both Super Grateful for another year!!

So Hearbroken over this.....so Angry!
We pray!
We pray for many reasons!
We pray because nobody does Vengeance like God does!
Everything we can think or imagine regarding everyone one who contributed to the loss of lives today PALES in intensity to what our God can do..
So we pray!
