In case anyone was wondering where I disappeared to... 👀

I've been keeping busy.

Over the past few weeks I've been working on illustrations for a very special menu, sketching my dog far more times than she probably liked, experimenting with crochet, painting phone cases by hand, and bringing a few other creative ideas to life.

Some new prints will be available soon, and there are a few exciting projects I'm not quite ready to reveal yet.

Thank you for sticking around while I've been quietly making things. More updates soon! ✨

For Tim Curry 💜
I drew this right after my Dolly tribute. Two icons gone on the same day, and too many this year. Thank you for making us shiver with anticipation, and for teaching us to dream it, not be it… no, be it!

And after the drawing, a little video of what I went through for doing it! 😂
The drawing itself was actually quite fast (1h 16m) but the process behind it was almost painful!

Dolly Parton 💫 may have left us a little while ago now, but some people just stay with you. She spent a lifetime telling others to be kind, to smile, to pass it on - and it reminded me of a dear friend of mine, gone for a long time now too. He used to run a little handmade jewellery stall, and he'd always crack a joke at anyone who walked by looking down, just to get a smile out of them. He even had a sign promising a discount to whoever smiled. This piece is for both of them, in a way. 💛 #dollyparton #fanart #illustration #procreate #smile #positiveart #ifyouseesomeonewithoutasmiletodaygiveemyours by @barbe_idm

Still learning.
I don't like this drawing, but it is part of a bigger process, and it is proof that I can step out of my comfort zone and try something new (and fail, and show my failure). And in the end, it is also proof that I'm still drawing behind the scenes! I'm not dead, don't worry ❤️👀

P.S. Always team "Jason Todd Need a Hug".

👹👹👹 Of course I’m obsessed with this movie (cof #sajaboys cof), BUT I’ve seen this trend going viral and thought, why not? Italy has many traditional costumes, one for each region, so choosing the best one to represent my hunters was tough! What do you think? Maybe a more detailed drawing next time? I did this in an hour for practice (using the #huntrix pose). Let me know in the comments! #illustration #procreate #illustrationartists #kpopdemonhunters #kpopdemonhuntersfanart #huntrixkpopdemonhunters by @barbe_idm
