Life Day #4!!! ♿️ This last year has been freakyyyy good. Moved to Bend, started working for @bowheadcorp, bought a house, rode my bike A LOT and met some lovely new friends. SpongeBarb SquarePants activated!! Had the most amazing week in Roatán with @scuba.access that I will never forget. First time in the ocean in almost 5 years and mannn did I miss it. Got to do 11 dives in 5 days with the most amazing people!! I can’t thank SAFE (Scuba Access For Everyone) enough for making this week possible. I was shocked by the level of accessibility they were able to find and provide, as well as training the @mayandivers_roatan crew over the years on how to make adaptive scuba as smooth and independent as possible. And major thanks to my pal @jnmillsy for sending it down to Honduras with me…definitely not our last scuba trip🤿

So incredibly lucky to have spent the last week in Norway supporting the @mtbadapt bike camp and accessible tourism conference hosted by @sunnaasstiftelsen 🫎🇳🇴 Grateful to work for a company that listens to my wild ideas!! @bowheadcorp 🤍

We learned so much from the European aMTB community and got to try out different bikes in the industry that I didn’t know existed. Super awesome to see that disabled people around the world are leading the charge in creating access to the outdoors!! BIG thank you to all of the organizations who made this possible, and to @liamsonoski for working on everyone’s bikes, pushing me up crazy hills and tossing me up into the rental van countless times.
