Test run with some simple pork cutlets in the Charlie Professional Oven tonight. Apple wood charcoal seemed appropriate. The outcome was juicy pork with a clean smoke flavour all cooked in less than ten minutes. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everybody who made taco wars happen yesterday.Immaculate vibe, next level food and great people.Massive shout out to @north_outdoor_living_and_bbq for hosting and supplying the kit for everyone to play with and the comp prizes too.
