Had a good day at the @nvmarathon I was able to shave down 6 minutes from my last marathon, finishing this year at 2:58:09. 6:47 pace, Sub 3 for the trilogy. It was a long 3 month of preparation. But at the end it was worth every day that I got out side and put my feet to the street. It wasn’t easy, but luckily I had a big group of machines that got out there with me. Thank you to whoever shared some miles with me during this training block and thank you to @running_wit_jojo_ for being my Sunday long run partner. Real machine with a game plan🫡 my legs are sore. But I’m feeling good!

My second full marathon showed me that the first one was just a practice run. I beat my old time by 19min, got a negative split on the half’s by 1min and didn’t have to stop or walk once. The way I finished this one was exactly how I dreamt of finishing my first one. Consistency really does pay off. Thank you to all my machines that ran with me during the 12 week training block, yall know who you are⚙️ 26 big ones in 3hr04min24sec.

Ran my first full marathon last week in a time of 3:23:39(26.2miles) in Santa Rosa. And it was tough!! Super dope experience and I’m glad to say that I’ve got one in the books. Fun running with people of all ages and sizes putting their body’s to the test!! Thank you to everybody that chatted with me along the way and kept me going. And thank you to my legs for getting me across the finish line in time! Also thanks to everybody that told me positive things during my training. This was also for yall as much as it was for me! If I can do it, so can you!🫡 🫵🏽don’t be easy on yourselves. Set hard challenges and get them done. This distance was a true test of will but showed me that i can do more. Let’s get it!!

Lil solo trip to Mount Tam for Christmas Eve. Best day ever. Sent two v6 boulders, my first couple of the grade, also saw the Stinson coyote and a lil school of dolphins. It was a good day to be outside.
