This week marks 5 months of living in the van.

I ended up working with my family in Spain, travelled down the Portuguese coast, saw dolphins jumping and playing, and got to know some absolutely amazing souls, while being blown away by the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen.

One night, 120 km 🏕️

My trip unexpectedly started solo after Jonas had to cancel.
It quickly became obvious that I had packed way too much. What we would normally split between two people, I had to carry all by myself this time.

Looking back, I definitely could have left a few things behind. But since it was my first solo trip, I wanted to be well prepared and ended up overpacking rather than missing something important.

In the end, everything worked out perfectly and the experience was absolutely worth it!

Today I graduated and obtained my masters degree in Food and Health! I am beyond grateful to all the experiences I had, all the wonderful people I met and all the fun we had together. Studying here was a massive ride on a rollercoaster, but also proof that hard work pays off.

I finally made it to the Dolomites! 🏔
