♥️🐦‍🔥🏫 MBILI MODERN 💜 The Missing Classmate_Ep.1_Pt.2 • Oliver cleared his throat, kinda shy around the girls, though he wanted to know how Kohana was doing… 🐦‍🔥 #mbilimodern “Uh, Auryn, is Kohana going to be okay?” The tall boy fidgeted with his hands, unsure what to do with his new longer limbs—he had a growth spurt over the summer holidays—a worried look on his face. “Hopefully, Ollie, I really hope so” “Oh” said Oliver. His throat tightened and he hugged the basketball to his chest, overcome with concern for Kohana. Djalu walked over and spoke for his friend, “Will you let her know we hope she comes back to school soon?” Auryn looked at him and spoke softly, “I don’t think she can hear anyone, DJ, she’s in a coma” With a sad smile, Djalu replied, “You’d be surprised what a patient in that situation can understand” Head Girl, Trinity, walked up and tapped Auryn on the arm, “Look, it’s your mate*” They all turned and Auryn snorted. Ugh. Heather. Platinum blonde hair perfectly styled, arm draped over a good looking blond boy with glasses. One of the girls blushed when they realised which boy was with Heather. 🩷🔥📐 A Visitor at the Office❓ • Shadiya stared out the window, deep in architect problem-solving mode, though aware of the banter nearby… #barbitecture_architects She sure hoped Kyrin knew what he was doing, he seemed to be getting quite close to Fia, the new architect. Maybe too close. What would his girlfriend Leilani think about this? Hmmm. “Uh, Shadiya? You have a package” The thoughts were interrupted by her colleague, Rohan. Looking up at him, she said, smiling, “Oh, is it flowers again?” He replied, “Sort of…” As Shadiya followed his gaze, first she saw the giant bunch of pink roses. Then she saw her wonderful Alex behind, holding them with a grin on his face, “I’ve come to take you away from all this, at least for a short break” Shadiya flushed with happiness, seeing Alex at her workplace was the BEST surprise. Fia watched Shadiya step out onto the terrace with her beau. Watched them laughing together, how easily they interacted, their relaxed intimacy. The more she watched, the more she became convinced: She wanted what they had, & she REALLY wanted it with Kyrin… TO BE CONTINUED… Friends, I know what you’re thinking, “Thought Candii was dialling down the drama?” 🤔 😏 😈 Welllll, I *was*—I mean, I did. And that was nice. Though this is all so much more fun with a dash of drama. Stay tuned… ❤️ Fia’s outfit @charleeboutique ▲ Architecture firm diorama by me [Kyrin + Rohan + Alex’s & Shadiya’s doll customisations all by me] ➖➖➖ Always keep playing, 🖤Candii💋 • #aaliyah #barbiedoll #dollphotography #barbiegram #dollgram #barbiecollector #dollfashion #blackbarbie #barbiediorama #dolldiorama #dollcollector #barbielovers #barbieworld #aaliyahbarbie #instadoll #fashiondoll by @barbitecture

🖤 The Wrong Note?_Ep.4_Pt.4 • Hiroyuki looked around his daughter’s room, all her things still arranged as she left them. His vision blurred… 🐦‍🔥 #MbiliModern 🏫📚 ⏳ #barbitecture_stories 📝 He was home after being at the hospital, in shock at seeing his ex-wife for the first time in years, brought there by his own mother! These last few weeks had been a nightmare made real, sleep had been elusive. He knew that was what he needed right now, though his mind wouldn’t still. Standing in the middle of Kohana’s room, he felt calmer being among her familiar things, yet his entire body ached with sadness. One special memento caught his eye: Kohana’s plush toy rabbit, she’d had it since she was a baby. Gently he lifted it off the shelf, and hugged it close, staring out the window. His head grew heavy. Finally overcome by exhaustion, he slept. Suddenly the room was filled with a piercing sound, groggily he looked around, disoriented, then reality came rushing back and he hurriedly reached for his phone. He glanced at who was calling, then answered. Seconds later he leaped off the bed and sprinted from the room, he had to get back to the hospital, NOW… S1_Ep.4 of Mbili Modern CONCLUDES NEXT… ➖➖➖ Always keep playing, 🖤Candii💋 • #dollphotography #barbiediorama by @barbitecture

🖤 The Wrong Note?_Ep.4_Pt.3 • Auryn couldn’t stop thinking about her best friend, Kohana, who instead of being in Music class with them, was in… 🐦‍🔥 #MbiliModern 🏫📚 ⏳ #barbitecture_stories 📝 Hospital. 🎵➖➖➖ Kitsune looked over at Himiko, and pretended to yawn, “Oh, dear Himiko, could you please go and get us some coffee? I don’t want to risk falling asleep, I want to remain awake for my daughter, until Hiroyuki returns” “Of course, I’ll get us coffees and be right back” The door closed. ➖➖➖🎵➖➖ Auryn channeled energy into playing her cello with an intensity that took her by surprise. Images from that day flashed through her mind, her and Kohana, the impact, the sound Kohana’s body made, the slow motion watching her move through the air, the inevitability of her descent, the deep thud on the ground. The silence afterwards. She played. Ferociously. ➖➖➖🎵➖🎵🎵 Kitsune moved closer to her daughter, eyes focused on her breathing. She slowly lifted the ventilator tube and— “What do you think you’re doing?!!” S1_Ep.4 of Mbili Modern CONTINUES NEXT… ➖➖➖ Always keep playing, 🖤Candii💋 • #barbie #diorama #onesixthscale by @barbitecture

🖤 The Wrong Note?_Ep.4_Pt.2 • Gazing around at the instruments, Shira breathed a sigh of relief… 🐦‍🔥 #MbiliModern 🏫📚 ⏳ #barbitecture_stories 📝 Music was her soul. Though this wasn’t the massive stages and sold out arenas her dreams once vividly imagined, teaching Music at Mbili Modern was the right next chapter. Listening to the students tune and practice gave her goosebumps, she could hear real talent in the room. After a few minutes, her keen ears picked up something else: a deep yearning. The weight and intensity of the notes slowly increased, emotions finally finding release, her eyes scanned the music room and located the source. She saw, felt, and heard the three of them. ♥️🐦‍🔥🏫 MBILI MODERN 🖤 The Wrong Note?_Ep.4_Pt.1 • Shira looked around the Quad, her heart beating faster. It was her first day as a teacher at Mbili Modern… 🐦‍🔥 #MbiliModern 🏫📚 ⏳ #barbitecture_stories 📝 A few students walked past, their expressions asking, “What are YOU doing here?” Shaking her head, she laughed quietly to herself. Early this morning she’d stared in the mirror for a long time and wondered the same thing. Her life had taken unexpected turns. Was this path the— Buzzing startled her. Then she remembered, she’d put her phone on silent. Looking down at the screen, she smiled. It was a text from Toshiro: Babe, you’ll be AMAZING. Try not to stress! ♥️🐦‍🔥🏫 MBILI MODERN 🤎 The Visitor_Ep.3_Pt.3/3 • Kitsune stared at him, “Hiro, please. I had to come, in case I had to, in case she…I wanted to say goodbye” Tears filled her eyes. 🐦‍🔥 #MbiliModern 🏫📚 ⏳ #barbitecture_stories 📝 His heart softened, she seemed genuinely upset. He released her arm. Kohana was still her daughter, right now wasn’t the time to discuss the past. Turning to his mother, he quietly asked, “Did you book a hotel or will you stay at the house?” Himiko said, “My luggage is with the driver downstairs. I will stay in your guest wing” She paused, noting her son’s rumpled clothes, the heaviness of his shoulders, “Hiro, go home, my driver will take you. You can’t be strong for Kohana if you’re existing on the whisper of sleep” Hiroyuki knew it was futile arguing. With a glance at Kitsune, he said to his mother, “Call me if anything changes, anything at all. No one else is authorised to make any decisions” Staring at Kitsune, he continued, “Is that clear?” Kitsune returned his gaze, he tried to read her expression. Finally, she spoke, “I only want what’s best for her. Himiko will call you if anything happens” He squeezed Kohana’s hand, “Daddy will be back soon” Kitsune moved close to Kohana, Hiroyuki felt his stomach clench. With a final glance at his daughter, he left the room. 🐦‍🔥 UP NEXT: Mbili Modern, Episode 4… ➖➖➖ Always keep playing, 🖤Candii💋 • #barbiediorama by @barbitecture

♥️🐦‍🔥🏫 MBILI MODERN 🤎 The Visitor_Ep.3_Pt.2 • Hugging her fiercely, Hiroyuki sank to his knees. She stroked his hair, “Mama’s here” 🐦‍🔥 #MbiliModern 🏫📚 ⏳ #barbitecture_stories 📝 Himiko looked carefully at her son, then took in all the machinery keeping her precious granddaughter alive. Her vision blurred. A voice from behind her said, “Aren’t you going to say hello, Hiro?” Stepping from the shadows like the ghost of missed sunsets and forgotten birthdays, she stood next to Himiko, and smiled at Hiroyuki. Through gritted teeth, he asked, “What are YOU doing here??” Turning to his mother, he searched her face, “Wait - you told her about Kohana??!” Himiko clenched her jaw, facing off with her son, “Hiro, have some respect! She is still Kohana’s mother, she had a right to know” Hiroyuki’s eyes blazed, he turned back to his ex-wife, memories washing over him unbidden, especially of the night she left him and Kohana, all those years ago. “Oh! My poor child!” she brushed past Hiroyuki and moved to the hospital bed. He grabbed her arm, “Kitsune, don’t you dare touch her!” “She is my daughter! Let go of me!” UP NEXT: Mbili Modern Season 1, Episode 3 concludes… ➖➖➖ Always keep playing, 🖤Candii💋 • #barbiediorama by @barbitecture
