Those koalas were so cute, we totally wanted to take one home, but we’ll have to settle for a big stuffed one instead! We had so much fun @featherdalewildlifepark and we thoroughly enjoyed our full day tour with @andersonstours. It was a perfect day! Thank you to my daughter @liswhatareyoudoing for lending us this cute stuffed koala ❤️🫶❤️ Check out her pictures! #barbietravels, #travelbarbie, #travelingbarbie, #barbiearoundtheworld, #australianbarbie by @barbmoreorles

Our last ride was on the Scenic Skyway cable car. The original Scenic Skyway opened in 1958 and was Australia’s first cable car. The current cable car is now the largest aerial cable car in the Southern Hemisphere offering sweeping views of Jamison Valley and Katoomba Falls. Be careful if you stand on the glass platform in the center of the car, half way across, that opaque floor has a surprise for you! Don’t look down if you have a fear of heights! On the other side we were delighted to see Sulphur-crested cockatoos and Galahs! Kudos to my husband for the fantastic pictures of the birds. by @barbmoreorles

After a leisurely stroll along Australia’s longest elevated rainforest boardwalks, we took the Scenic Cableway back up to the top. The Scenic Cableway is the steepest aerial cable car in the Southern Hemisphere. We enjoyed views of the Jamison Valley, Orphan Rock and another view of the Three Sisters Today we’re joining #greenthursdoll hosted by @lucasfellowship #barbietravels, #travelbarbie, #travelingbarbie, #australianbarbie by @barbmoreorles
Next stop, a ride on the steepest railway in the world. Really, it’s in the Guiness Book of World Records. It was originally built for mining, but today it’s a quick and exciting trip down the mountainside! #barbietravels, #travelbarbie, #travelingbarbie, #barbiearoundtheworld, #australianbarbie by @barbmoreorles
We’re getting sporty today, doing a little hiking in Blue Mountain National Park. Here we are by The Three Sisters Rock Formation Legend has it that three sisters fell in love with three brothers from a neighboring tribe, but inter-tribal marriage was forbidden so the men tried to kidnap the three sisters, which resulted in a major battle. An elder turned the sisters into stone to protect them, but he was killed in the battle and no one else was able to reverse the spell, and so there they remain.
