Campeonatos de Portugal 2026 🇵🇹

3000m Steeplechase
4th Place 🍫

Not the result I came here for, but this is the sport I chose.

Athletics teaches you that not every day will go according to plan. Some days you succeed, some days you learn, but every race is part of the journey.

I know the work that has been done behind the scenes, the sacrifices, the consistency, and the commitment. I truly believe everything will come together when the right day arrives.

So, I will just continue trusting the process, and continue building. The journey continues. 🏃‍♂️🔥

Thank you to everyone who supports me along the way.🙏

Thanks to my partners this season 🫶🏽
