Unfortunately yesterday wasn't my night but already being there (virtually) next to Hairdressers Legends was an Honor. I'm very lucky to have special people with me Who Always support me, especially @maurizio_barca @sarariri and the rest of my family. THANK YOU❤️
Obviusly I want to Say a massive congratulations to @daniele_deangelishair for bringing home London Hairdresser of the Year..you deserve this 🙌🏻 and @sylvestre_finold Avant Garde Hairdresser of the Year 🤟🏻

The Salon International collab 🇬🇧

We combined 3 different disciplines, men’s hairdressing, woman’s hairdressing and barbering.

Working with a flat top shape made by @joshlamonaca combined by a reverse scissor over comb technique throughout the sides by @barcalessandro plus the barbering touch with a banger line on recession area executed by @danyals_danyals

The Salon International Collab 🇬🇧
Josh Lamonaca x Alessandro Barca

What an incredible weekend at @salon_int collaborating with my friend and inspiration, @joshlamonaca.

Josh is, in my eyes, one of the true pioneers of our industry, an artist who has played an important role in shaping and evolving modern men’s hairdressing.

Being able to bring our different disciplines together on Sunday was a powerful representation of a philosophy I have believed in for many years: hair is a material, not a gender.

When we remove boundaries between industries, techniques and perspectives, we create new possibilities. This collaboration was about exactly that, connecting the industries and moving hairdressing forward.

A special thank you to @nishladyuk and @nishman.uk for supporting this vision and believing in what we are building.

The industry is evolving.
