We made snacks for @mubianz Cinema Club’s screening of ROSEBUSH PRUNING. Yes, we did make rosewater jello-shots.

We also served yogurt panna cotta with sour cherries and pistachios, and ran it as a dessert special at the canteen. by @barcarnation

Orsetta.

A Bar Carnation original. The name means little bear in Italian, and we call it that because it looks like a little beer. Japanese whisky and rum together with fresh nashi pear and ginger beer. Served cold as hell but not over ice. by @barcarnation

Amaro means “bitter” in Italian, and is the name for a family of bittersweet herbal liqueurs, traditionally sipped after a meal to aid in digestion. Enjoy it straight, chilled, or over ice with a wedge of lemon or orange.
