7.25.26 - 2 Room PartyThis is the one we’ve all been waiting for! Our biggest show yet! @mungosoundmachine was one of the first acts we had our sights set on when we started the project! 1/2 @wyattmarshall 1/2 @lubelski ! Lubelski was one of the first DJs I saw at the legendary @theblockslc back in the day. Ever since then we’ve wanted to get him back out! Mungo Sound Machine are absolute wizards at producing tracks, and their combined sound has been super exciting to see the growth of so far. Their music on @limousine_dream and @deepsteppe.rec has been super fun to listen to! They will be commanding our main room downstairs on the Danleys! Our next act we bring back our good friends @txhldem! This is their third time playing for us! They played Halloween 2 years ago and bush doof last year. We love their sound they recently just released on @limousine_dream’s Limo Bytes imprint. They will be headlining the Upstairs for our first 2 ROOM PARTY!!!! We’re stoked to have them back! Each room will also have an opener from our team. Upstairs is the beloved @jordan_sweeter, you know what to expect. Downstairs is @cloudysangsterdj! Super excited for these guys to crush it on their respective sets.See you on the floor guys!No Phones. by @bardoof

July 17th, 2026Based in Los Angeles, @adamrose.aiff is the founder of Yoon and Deep Steppe and a DJ whose sound is shaped by years of digging and a genuine love for thoughtful, groove-driven music. His sets move seamlessly through deep, hypnotic rhythms with a patient approach that lets every record breathe.Fresh off a release on Raw Cuts, we’re excited to welcome Adam to Bar Doof. His style is a perfect fit for the room, and we can’t wait to hear where he takes us.@________gabo is truly a staple in the Salt Lake City Scene, originally from Venezuela, he is an expert digger, and great at controlling a room. His project Love Lunatics is one of our favorite groups in the city, and we can’t wait to have him commanding the floor once more.See you on the floor.no phones. by @bardoof

July 10th, 2026Club Yego presented by @diegowardlaw! It’s Diego’s birthday, so we’re doing a bit of a Yego themed party with him headlining the night! He’s been helping us a lot with camera work, the website, and merch collection (among other things). Expect goofy lil tunes that will make you wanna party all night! Come wearing leopard print, some goofy ahh shades and a good attitude! Club Yego to Ground Control. (He’s a pilot) let him take you to your destination… lol@brunsmanmusic will be on support duty for this one:Fascinated by instruments at an early age, Brunsman became very involved musically, playing drums and piano. He was trained in rock drums but soon found his early passion to lie in jazz music. He is carving out a distinct sound in the electronic music scene combining hypnotic grooves, organic percussion, and club dynamics. His sets explore the sounds he loved hearing from a young age across deep house, progressive, and minimal tech. by @bardoof

June 27 brings out another set of great DJs who reside in SLC. As well as a new beginning for the strawberry 🍓 TK cut his teeth as a mainstay of legendary SF venues and happenings such as The Trocadero Transfer, DV8, Bulletproof, Sunset and King Street Garage. He’s one of the few local SF DJs invited to guest at the legendary Wicked nights and was picked by DJ Harvey as the resident warm-up for his running Rx night. Drawing on a deep knowledge of music history as a selector in the classic sense, TK effortlessly traverses many styles, eras, and continents, mixing in new and old, making both sound fresh and relevant, with sonic excitement guaranteed. In addition to playing alongside some the greatest names in the field from Jeff Mills, Tony Humphries and Pal Joey to Idjut Boys, Optimo and beyond, TK clocks late hours in the studio concocting fresh forward-thinking sounds for the future, as only a bona fide veteran with a deeply-rooted past like he can.AndA former club kid who credits drag queens with teaching her to DJ, Mercedes Díaz-Westphal is a Chilean/American multimedia artist who started in radio and music journalism, pivoted to film production for 25 years, and subsequently returned to the decks in 2019 after a near twenty-year hiatus. Her sets flow through a genre-hopping mix of global dance sounds including dark disco, post-punk, progressive, and deep house, influenced greatly by an 80s-leaning post punk heart chasing a Wild Bunch Bristol Beats/Madchester sound. She currently hosts and live mixes her weekly radio show, Saturday Nite Sesh for KUAA 99.9 FM global community radio, previously held a residency at The Red Door, and has played events for Social Disco Club SLC, Neon Rodeo, Snowbird Ski Resort, City Cast’s 801 Day, La Conchita Social Disco Club, The Big Dig at Sundance, and The Utah Arts Festival. We are so excited to see you on the floor this weekend.no phones. by @bardoof

Friday June 26th brings out two amazing DJs from Salt Lake.Mostly vinyl all night!Field Recordings creates music that feels discovered rather than written. His sound blurs the line between environment and composition, weaving together organic textures, found sounds, ambient atmospheres, and hypnotic rhythms into something deeply immersive. The music often prioritizes mood, space, and a sense of place over traditional song structures, inviting listeners into a world that feels both familiar and dreamlike.AndMatthew Fit came up in Kalamazoo, Michigan on the I-94 corridor, going to raves in Chicago and Detroit in the late 90’s. He started buying records and playing with friends and local parties soon after. Moving out West he became promoter, mentor and DJ in the SLC scene and has played alongside many talented selectors worldwide while helping build a local scene and community. His sets weave Midwest energy and groove with versatile and stylish blends and confidence behind the decks. Beyond DJing Matthew has been producing and diving into hardware. He has played several live sets and is busy preparing a new one for the Great Beyond festival this summer in Minnesota. Matthew will have 2 vinyl releases coming out in the future as well. Went to Bardoof’s no phones event last weekend, and it affected me way more than I expected.I thought “no phones” would mostly mean no filming, no flash, no dancefloor documentation. But it was much deeper than that. It changed the way the room felt, and it changed the way I moved through it.A phone is not just a camera. It is a social exit. A nervous system tool. A shield from awkwardness. A way to look occupied. A way to regulate discomfort without anyone noticing.Without it, I became more aware of myself. More aware of the music. More aware of the room. More aware of how often I reach for a way out of the moment. It was uncomfortable in the best way.The room felt alive. People were talking outside of their usual circles. There was laughter, movement, eye contact, emotion. It reminded me of what underground events used to feel like before every moment had an invisible audience. No phones did not make the night better because of some strict rule. It made the night better because people were asked to actually be there.More present.More vulnerable.More accountable to the room.Bardoof is doing this every weekend all summer, and it is genuinely worth experiencing. Not as a gimmick. As a reminder. by @bardoof
