WAIT! We never introduced our BBQ wing to you all…

On Saturday, we took 3rd place in the Judges’ Choice BBQ category, so this one definitely deserved a special mention. 🏆

Without further ado… our Smoked Cherry BBQ Wing, finished with a Mango & Lime Habanero drizzle and black sesame seeds. 🍒🔥🥭

WINGFEST DAY 3 🫡🔥

Bristol Wingfest 2026, over and out!

With over 5,000 wings seasoned, breaded, smoked & sold… (and what feeling like a similar amount of liters of Monster Energy Ultra consumed by the team 🤣💀)

A HUGE thank you to everyone who bought from us, voted for us, tagged us & showed us the love this weekend.

To the @wingfestuk team, another amazing event put on & to all the other traders, a massive well done, as always an absolute pleasure to be working alongside you all. Some serious shifts were put in to make that magic happen.

But for now.. Back to the wing development kitchen, catch you next year 💪🏽🐔

📍Wingfest 2026, The Prospect Building, 45 Feeder Road, Bristol, BS2 0SE

Bristol showed up and some this Saturday for @wingfestuk 😮‍💨.

👇🏻The 10/14 Traders we Smashed👇🏻

🪽 @gurtwings - The Hallo-Wing & Dia Del Gurty Buffalo - Hallo-wing was one of our favourites on the day from this OG slinger 👏🏼

🪽 @bare_grills - Buffalo Wing & Mango BBQ Wing - They came back and took 3rd place for their Smokey BBQ wing, great Smokey flavours🔥

🪽 @burgerbusbristol - BBQ & Mango Margarita Wing - Both of these bad boys were top notch, sell-outs 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

🪽 @kikisfriedchicken - BBQ wing & Wild Wing - Smaller than most, but packed a flavoursome punch 🫶🏻

🪽 @gingerwingsmarlow - Duckin Hell Buffalo & Paddington Bear - Both of these wings were seriously good, well done 🙌🏻

🪽 @kells_kitchens_uk - Bloody Mary & Smoky BBQ - We loved the vodka drizzled Bloody Mary 🤌🏻

🪽 @hillbillys_streetkitchen - Uncle Dads Bourbon Old Fashioned BBQ Wing & Reckless Redneck Buffalo Wing - Great crispy coating and a top buffalo for sure 👌🏻

🪽 @jus.winging.it - BBQ & Buffalo - These guys weren’t playing, one of our favourite buffalo’s of the day 🥰

🪽 @chicken_ting - White Chocolate Raspberry Matcha & Cowboy Butter Buffalo - We effing loved the white chocolate, it hit different 🥹

🪽 @mollis.fried.chicken - The Buff Ting & Lob It Like It’s Hot - The lobster wing slapped and the buff tjng was no exception 💪

🏡 Atmosphere - Get there early to beat the queues, indoor and outdoor venue, bring wet wipes!
🧼 Hygiene - No issues
💰 £25 entry & £1.50 a wing - Bargain
🧑‍🍳 Service - The odd queue but good production lines in place for most of the traders

Every trader is a winner in our eyes with some serious stand-out slingers and impressive creativity across the board, what a fantastic afternoon, we absolutely love this festival and can’t wait for 2027 - highly recommended from us 🫡.

👏🏼 👏🏼 🏆 👏🏼 👏🏼
