Hot take: doing brows is easy if you understand the why behind the technique 🤷‍♀️

All my beginner students learn how to do brows much faster because of this simple understanding of the why behind what they’re doing 🎯

Here’s a few tips to make it easier!
1. When laminating understand the hair and don’t rely on a timer! Yes, you should have a timer on but just to know how long you kept step one on for. Step one should be taken off when the hair is listening to you

2. Map according to your clients features & brow anatomy! No 2 faces are the same so the mapping also shouldn’t be the same on each client

3. When styling the hair, avoid brushing it straight up! This can be quite harsh and takes away from the clients features. Instead, brush towards the temples & keep the brows soft

Spend a content day @ bare faced brows 💌

We have 4 months left of the year - if you haven’t started planning your content for Q4 what are you doing🫣

If you’ve been feeling unmotivated to create content lately, this is for you 🫶🏼

Set aside a few hours each month to batch film models showcasing your services - could be educational, fun tips, bts or client content

Then create a shot list of everything you need to film! Include what you need content for -> reels, carousels or cover photos

Organize this content! I put everything into folders in my iPhone & I have a separate work phone

Not every post needs to be the best post ever & not every video needs to go viral😗

The goal is to show up consistently and this gets easier to do when you plan it out throughly 💌

Brow Consultation💌

My client had previous pmu done & to bring life back into the brows we opted to do a brow lamination, hybrid tint and grooming👀

When laminating on top of microbladed brows, you do need to be careful to stay within the shape and not go too far out of it! Otherwise it can look too unnatural 😬
