We are excited to announce teaming up with Coach Brit for a MovNat fitness workshop being held on Saturday November 1st.

You can think about this workshop as moving like kids again, in a structured play session that is fun but challenging. You’ll learn how to nurture your strengths while strengthening your weaknesses.

Moving naturally is a biological necessity, and reclaiming efficiency in authentic movement is the best way to age with grace and strength.

Coach Brit is a ground-based movement trainer specializing in improving strength, mobility, and balance through natural movement.

Join us Saturday November 1st from 10-12
Space is limited
Cost: $60

Meet Coach Brit! She has worked as an exercise physiologist since 2016 and began personal training in 2020. Brit's knowledge of human movement and passion to help people move well through all stages of life is evident in the way she trains her clients.

Brit's ideal workout is a MovNat warm up into Strongman workout, her favorite lift being the log press. When not in the gym, Brit is usually out in nature with her pup, Aspen.

Brit works with a wide variety of clients from folks looking to start a movement routine, individuals prepping for or recovering from medical procedures, or athletes looking to compete in Strongman.

Go, Nance, go!! We are so proud of Nance for pushing herself and trusting her trainer, Brit, to do new and challenging things. Nance has been training with Brit for the last few months to build strength and muscle. While she might not always be a fan of us putting more weight on the bar and constant “eat your protein” reminders, she rises to the challenge and keeping pushing her comfort zone in order to reach her goals! You’re a super star, Nance! Keep it up!
