I may not be walking, but I’m blessed.
I may not be working, but I’m blessed.
With every breath, I’m blessed with choice.
Each moment is a gift being granted.
With trust and faith, I’m healing.
Life is too sweet to be sour, too short to live in the past.
If you knew today that next week you wouldn’t be walking for a couple of months, would you waste time complaining or sweating the small stuff…
If there’s one thing I’ve learned this year, it’s that the only constant in life is change and the only way forward is with gratitude for all seasons.
Blessed with good health to bounce back and good friends around for support. Grateful for a beautiful angel who keeps me watered and fed while I rest up. Thanks baby @sarahharvey_ ❤️🙏🏽. Grateful the big ol yam foot has survived 🍠🙌🏽.. Hopefully back doing what I love the most in 4 - 6 months 💪🏾.. Ain’t gunna rush the process but far out.. I can’t wait to get back 🌊 🌊.. Finally got the time to post a thousand photos I’ve taken from almost all corners of the earth over the last year. It’s been one of the hardest most challenging yet beautiful years of my life in so many ways and I just know next year is going to be profound. What a Journey this life is. I haven’t posted an actual post on my insta for way too long… It’s been such a wild year on and off planes trying to spend as much time with my mom as possible as we navigate her health journey as a small family. So many beautiful and challenging moments. I had no idea I’d be in Jamaica again at the same time I was here last year. Back in Jamaica. This time without my beautiful girl @sarahharvey_ .. The last seven week with you has been so amazing. So glad you got to experience where I grew up and be here to support me through a challenging time. Mom loves you so much and it was amazing to see you two kick it off. You brought so much joy with you and I’m so blessed to have you in my life. Vancouver island before we split ways was such a dream trip! Love you so much baby and can’t wait to be back in Oz with you and the pup. Looking forward to the next adventure with you ♥️🙏🏽. by @barefootbenji

🇯🇲. Now ft. @sarahharvey_ 🔥🙌🏽.. Sarah decided to come over and it’s been so amazing having her here and getting little opportunities to show her around the island I grew up on. She must have brought the waves with her from Oz because we’ve even got to surf my fav spot together with no one else around. Super rare to get it this time of year! She’s been a breathe of fresh air after months of doctor visits with mom still unsure of what is going on. So beautiful to watch them getting along like a house on fire and listening to mom telling stories about when she became friends with legends like Peter Tosh and Micheal rose 😂🔥. Still not sure when I’ll be able to get back to Oz but soaking it all up for now. 🙏🏽 by @barefootbenji
