Hey BIBLO BADDIESSS!!!👯‍♀️Yessss…it’s your fave duo besties here!!!! It’s been 1 1/2 years since we last recorded and thought it was time to acknowledge where we’ve been!! Bc we know you’ve probably been scouring the tabloids and internet wondering if the podcast broke us up and been trying to figure out what the tea was!!!! 🤣 sorry.. but NO TEA! 😂🤣🙏💕 Reality of life is that Cass had her miracle baby and Kath had a new path in life she was pursuing in addition to also being a mommy!!
:
While Bare in B-Lo continues to figure out what’s next as a business and/or podcast, we must THANK EVERY SINGLE PERSON that supported us in such a HUGE way from the very start. 🙏 Whether you listened to every episode, bought merch (please don’t stop wearing it! This is legacy vintage by now!!!!😅), posted about us, showed up for us every single day, we truly appreciate it more than you could ever know. This was and still is, one of the greatest joys of our life and we could not be more proud of ourselves for having this in the works for 2 years, set our minds to it and made it THE BEST PODCAST in Buffalo!!! Like.. WE DID THAT! We poured every ounce of energy and love into every single episode. Hopefully you hear from BIBLO again one day soon, but until then here’s a reminder to keep being KIND, keep working to be the BEST possible version of yourself, honor what YOU need in life, and go after whatever it is you want bc ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE when you put your mind to it. Even if it’s only for a small chapter In your life, it’s there for a reason. We love you so so much and thank you again, endless amounts of thanks to all of you until the end of time. 😭😭😭😭

Love Always,
Cass and Kath 💕💕💕xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoox taken in Buffalo, New York by @bareinblopodcast

1 of 2 quotes of episode 43!!! Our guest Lynda shared this inspiring quote with us. This quote is near and dear to her heart as her good friend, who recently passed away, used to always say this. We all need to live by this! If something is going the way you had hoped, keep pushing forward because something GREAT is going to come your way!!!! @tranquilwaterswny @lyndabtags76

42: “Body Goals Re-Visit”
:
With summer around the corner we thought it was a good time for a little reminder from episode #3!!! If you’re new here, this was one of our best OG epi’s and challenge all of you to WEAR THE SHORTS!!!! :))))
:
Why not a new episode and re-posting an oldie? Bc we’ve had one hell of a MONTH! Between the two of us… ever since Easter… there has been major major sicknesses going on in both homes preventing us from being able to record. And bc we only record a week in advance to keep as much as we can relevant, that sometimes leaves us in a bind when we are ill laying In bed not able to move 😭. We are on the road to recovery though. Don’t you worry!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for your patience!!!!!!! 💖💖💖💖💖

Quote of Episode 41!! Said by the great Denzel Washington! Our girl @eulabanks_ (FYI… future oscar winner!!!) said this was her favorite quote. And it couldn’t be more true. For anyone and everyone that has dreams and aspirations… this is such a great reminder!!! You CAN achieve your dreams. You CAN make them come true!!! But you HAVE to start. Anywhere! Start anywhere! No matter what it is you want to do for yourself. Then, after you start, don’t give up! Stay with it and stay consistent. You CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It might not be easy and might take some time but we promise you, it will all be worth it!!!!!
:
Ps- listen to our episode and also go buy tickets to @levithefilm !!!!!!! 🎬🎭🎞🎥🎟

41: Presenting “LEVI”, a local Buffalo Film, with Director Eula Banks!! 🎞📽🎬
:
Cass & Kath sit down with Eula Banks, the director of the upcoming action/drama film "Levi"!!! The film follows a teenage boy (Levi) who lost his father and inherited his business and much much more, running into numerous dangerous situations along the way! The local Buffalo film is written and produced by a talented group of young, black, creative entrepreneurs, including Buff State students. Eula shares more details on the movie, behind the scenes scoop, and how ethnicity played into their production journey.
:
Cass & Kath had a great time getting to know some of the production crew, and were so impressed with the accomplishments and drive of this creative team at such a young age! Their impeccable networking and marketing skills are unmatched, and clearly an inspiration to other local creatives. The BIBLO gals congratulate the "Levi" cast and crew on making their dreams come true, and cheers to a successful premiere night!
