- Hi, I’m Amy — the face behind Bare Skin Therapy.

I started this business with a simple intention — to help people feel confident in their own skin. But over time, it became so much more than that. It became something that gave me freedom, growth, and a sense of purpose I didn’t even know I needed.

Five journeys around the sun in this industry… and I decided to start fresh.

There were moments where I doubted myself, moments where things felt uncertain, and times where I had to figure everything out on my own. Through it all, I learned how to trust myself, stay focused, and block out the noise — the opinions, the distractions, and anything that didn’t align with where I’m going.

Starting this new page was a decision I didn’t take lightly. With all the changes on Instagram, the bots, the restrictions, and not being able to grow or run ads the way I wanted, I knew it was time for a reset. A fresh start. A space that truly reflects who I am, my work, and the level I’m stepping into.

I’ve questioned myself, doubted my decisions, and wondered if everything I’m working so hard for will ever become what I envision.

But every time I find myself asking, “God, what if I fail?” I’m reminded of one simple word: Trust.

Trust the timing. Trust the process. Trust the doors that close and the ones that haven’t opened yet.

Not everything is meant to make sense right now, and not every season is meant to be easy.

I’m learning that faith isn’t about knowing how everything will turn out. It’s about continuing to show up, even when I don’t know what comes next.

Because what if everything I’ve been praying and working for is already falling into place? 🤍
