✨ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗼𝘀" 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗘𝗴𝘆𝗽𝘁, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮) ✨

Last December I traveled to Egypt for my new "Cosmos" series. This series will tell and show you about the ancient Egyptian history and the wonders of the world that we created 4700 years ago. I believe it’s very important to tell the stories of hundreds, and sometimes thousands of years ago, so that we will be more aware of who we are and where we came from.

"𝗜𝗺𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗽"
Imhotep was the architect and builder of the first and oldest human designed stone structure in the world: The Step Pyramid of Djoser. He was the vizier of pharaoh Djoser, the second pharaoh of the Third Dynasty of the Ancient Egyptian Empire (2655-2600 BC). Besides being a vizier and an architect, he was also an advisor to the pharaoh, a writer of medical works and a high priest of Ptah and Ra. We can say that Imhotep is a pioneer of today's architecture and an inspiration for many 
"𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻𝘅"  The Sphinx of Giza is the largest, most famous and oldest monolithic statue in the world (2572-2546 BC). The Sphinx is a mythological figure with the head of a man and the body of a lion. Human hands created the model of the current sphinx. The ancient Egyptians saw the sphinx as the protector of the pyramids of Giza.  "𝗡𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗶𝘇𝗮"
The pyramids of Giza in Egypt are among the most famous and oldest structures made by mankind (2551-2472 BC). The pyramids are one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. As part of Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary, I am honored to take part in the group exhibition ‘750’ at @artotel Amsterdam, curated by @amsterdamstreetart.

For this exhibition, I created two artworks inspired by two iconic landmarks in Amsterdam: the A’DAM Tower and the Westertoren. These towers hold deep personal meaning for me, representing the perfect balance between modern innovation and the historic beauty that defines this city.

The A’DAM Tower artwork, titled ‘Tower of Dreams,’ marks a turning point in my journey as an artist and entrepreneur. This tower is where my dreams began to take shape. Exhibiting here allowed me to grow, form meaningful connections, and discover new opportunities—a place where dreams truly come to life.

The Westertoren artwork, ‘Coming Home,’ pays homage to the sense of belonging I feel every time I see this historic tower. For me, it is a timeless symbol of homecoming and a reminder of the beautiful city of Amsterdam.

Together, these artworks celebrate the duality of Amsterdam—its rich history and its forward-thinking spirit. I warmly invite you to explore these stories and many more at the exhibition, open until March 22nd. taken in art'otel by @barkiee
