I’m still pinching myself due to the fact that i got to try out my brand 🆕 set @radioartifact opening for @_moonbeau last month. I’ve been making these songs in my closet for years + it’s time the world hears them. . I also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who’s listened to “More Hands in the Dirt” on streaming since i released it on August 29th. I’ve received so much positive feedback and it’s comments like those that keep me wanting to move forward. . Being an artist is hard. Combatting imposter syndrome by rewatching the footage from that set has proved to be incredibly rewarding and transformative. I also want to give a shout out to the man, the myth, the legend that is Tim Miller aka @aburritosupreme for taking a chance on me as he was my first choice of drummer in Cincinnati. He absolutely showed up. . There will be future show announcements 👀 and i may even be releasing a set of demos in the near future. The entire @radioartifact show will be up on YouTube very soon. Let’s keep doing this thing xx B 💜 taken in Cincinnati by @barleaux

We all come to points in our life when we have to take a cold hard look at the person we are trying to be. Sometimes, on top of it, it’s easy to lose our identity in relationships. What kind of persona do you want to present to the world? When someone enters our lives, when do we know we are supposed to leave? Our growth is very rarely identically aligned with anyone else’s. That is what 🔮 TWIST OF FATE 🔮 is about. I wrote this last summer, but as all songs work in the timeline of relevance, the lyrics ring more true now than ever. We leave not out of spite, but simply just because it is time to. We must take ✨FATE 💫 into our own hands. . Part two will be posted this week :) BIG THANKS to @dj_plantlife for doing an amazing job at shooting 📸 this, and to no instagram Michael Bolewski for mixing it all the way from Germany. Also, to @aaronmagical for booking me for @nxnsfest at @cometbar in May. @_mannequin_boutique_ really showed up last minute for me on the 'fit, too. I can’t wait to play out more as these songs unfold. And most importantly, thank you universe 🌎 for the STORY📕 . For without it, I would have nothing to write about - B . I think it takes more than a minute To become someone you ain’t [hate] Left in your head you don’t know how you got there Gotta go back to the beginning, yeah Don’t know if i could intervene And the more you give Is the less i take It became too much So i had to break ⛓️‍💥 Like a TWIST OF FATE 💫 taken in Cincinnati by @barleaux
