- "Even in difficult times, we still have the freedom and choice—to love and to connect." A big thank you to our guest speaker, Psychological Counsellor Mr. Blessing @cest.le.bliss.hk_counselling @cest.le.bloss.hk_quotes for leading such a deep and gentle conversation. From a humanistic and existential perspective, he guided us to face the anxiety, loneliness, and emotional struggles of daily life. Also, thanks to Emily @kty.emi for the live singing! Peace and happiness often lie in seemingly small connections: making peace with our past selves, offering kindness to those around us, reconnecting with our community, and rediscovering the courage to love amid life's uncertainties. Thank you to everyone who joined us! May we all reclaim our inner strength through acceptance and understanding, and continue to embrace life with tenderness.
