Got to do some welding for my buddy Travis Wester on his jet boat. He did all the fabrication and I just love the layout. This setup is by far the the highest horsepower I have ever had the pleasure of welding. This boat is well, well over the thousand HP range. It’s not very often (ever) I’ve gotten to use my 4” purge plugs! Travis can TIG weld but I asked him if we could trade some labor to get my truck fixed up. So stoked he agreed! Had a great time welding this up. These were large pieces for my welding table. Might be an upgrade coming soon. Always happy to weld anything up so feel free to send stuff my way! by @barlowbuilt

Always good to be busy on the welder. Had a request from Australia for an exhaust for a Victory Hammer similar to one I just made, but with a few changes. I’m really happy with the way this one welded up and came together. They wanted a bit longer section after the merge so they could slip an 8.5” baffle in there and they needed a pipe that fit the bike well. They had already purchased a custom exhaust from another builder but fitment wasn’t what they were looking for. Pipes need to look good but they must also be comfortable and not melt your bike!!

Project KTM is leading me down a rabbit hole…and I’m so down!! The rear subframe needed powder coat. I’ve seen enough videos to think I could totally do that. So I’m gonna do that! (At least try 🤣) Went and picked up a kitchen oven and the subframe does not fit in there. No biggie. It’s full of parts I can use..if I build my own oven which is exactly what I’m doing.

Framing is all done. Need to pick up some thin steel from Matt Atkinson for the next step then time to insulate it and install components. Lots of work to do still but definitely a fun project. Interior dimensions are 53”tall and 29x32 on the bottom. Plenty of room for a full motorcycle frame or a couple of vehicle wheels. Will definitely improve the look of my projects and can definitely offer some options on some of the products I produce. by @barlowbuilt

Whipped up some plate holders for the Judge and the Lowrider. Bent them out of 1/8” 5052. They aren’t quite legal here but you have to be riding like a twat to get pulled over. As you can see tabs are optional as well. 🤣🤣 by @barlowbuilt

Fresh exhaust headed for an Indian Scout. This style looks great but by far takes the most time to get the clearances correct. Love how this one turned out. No sound clip for this one but will sound very similar to a pipe I sent out a while ago with the same muffler. I’ll attach that sound clip at the end of the pictures. by @barlowbuilt

Always love doing repairs. A unique plan is needed and it’s fun to come up with a solution.

This is a very expensive exhaust for a GTI. Cold welds with no penetration was the perfect storm for a large crack to develop. No sweat. Was able to grind the crack out and re-weld it all back up. Worried it could happen again we decided to gusset the merge for the ultimate strength. Fun project and took 2.5 hours to complete.

If anyone local needs any welding work done feel free to send me a message. I respond pretty quickly. No job too small. Stainless, Aluminum and titanium are no problem. Usually drop off and pickup the same day. by @barlowbuilt

Couple of Harley M8 intakes ready to ship out. I made 150hp+ on one of these. Performed awesome. Can use any 3” filter. I prefer the Vibrant 10923. Smooth one is $200 and the pie cut version is $250. by @barlowbuilt

Doesn’t look like I’ve posted up this build on IG yet. I am converting a 2020 KTM SuperDuke GT into a Muscle Cruiser. Just wrapped up the aluminum 3 gallon tank. Bike will be tuned on a MaxxECU. Total weight is currently 375lbs. I will be hunting the streets for the Buell Super Cruiser. Been making some intakes in the shop for the Harley M8. Had a custom order for a bagger racing team with a 4” opening. No sweat. Stoked to see how it works out for them. Made up a non pie cut versions as well to gauge interest. That one is available for $220 without filter and $290 with a filter. Damn good deal for a hand made part made right here in Washington state, USA. Pie cut versions are available as well for $250 without a filter, $320 with filter. by @barlowbuilt

Was asked last Sunday for an air scoop for the rear cylinder on a Harley Softail. No sweat. Had it completed Monday and in the mail Tuesday morning. 100% Made in the USA with American made materials. Always a good time welding these up. by @barlowbuilt

Was asked to build a 90 degree pie cut 3” intake for a Harley M8. Happy to oblige. I run the 60 degree setup for my bike. Stubby filter works great for 114-117’s. Needs a larger higher flowing filter for 121’s and up. Always a good time making some HD parts in the shop. TIG welded and fully back purged. 100% 304 stainless steel. by @barlowbuilt
