1% better on my worst days ! NON NEGOTIABLE.🗣️
.
.
CONTROL THE CONTROLLABLE
.
.
Make a list of action items, that you can do (THAT DAY) that get your closer to your goal. Once you get that down, Then play a mental game to see how many tasks you can stack in a day !
NO MATTER WHAT, if you can stay consistent; it’s not if you will hit your goal, but how quick ! Do this long enough and watch your world shift daily !!🔥✅🙏🏾 taken in Rock's Discount Vitamins n More- Alice by @barneygains

🚨🚨Truth is, there will never be a perfect time to start. You just have to make it happen.🚨🚨
.
Talking with @alpha_markz and hearing what some of these guys push through just to make it to the stage has blown me away. It reminded me that excuses don’t get rewarded—commitment does.‼️
.
If it’s important enough, you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find a reason.
Here’s to making it happen, no matter what life throws your way. 🗣️🔥
.
Huge shoutout to @rocksdiscount for keeping me fueled through this prep. Time to find out just how far we can push this. 👀🔥💪

Life update, you burn more calories outside in the heat then you do inside in the AC.😪
.
.
Prayed about rather having money for my babies then muscles and man god moves quick and opportunity and up quick! Feel like the first two weeks was a test, and because I kept the faith, he upgraded me to better company, more benifits. All I’m saying is My babies get what they want when I get home and that’s all I’ve ever wanted.🥹
.
.
And lastly, yeasss I’m still chasing that stage!! 🥲 shoutout @donniej_rdv for taking care of me and @rocksdiscount for fueling this grind, bout to turn it up these next couple weeks.🥲🔥#stayblessed #alicetxgyms #grindtime #showseason #gymmotivation by @barneygains

You can’t have a testimony, without the test ! 🗣️🗣️🗣️
.
.
Good or bad, you have to keep the faith and just know it’s all part of the plan.🙏🏾✅ Faith is easy when everything looks good, but can you keep the faith when it doesn’t ? God will intentionally take things out of your life, to make room for what’s to come, but he can’t do it if you won’t let go. Praying for ya, and If you can, please ya a lil prayer for me too ! #TimeToGrind #All4MyBabies

Having humility allows god to move and blessing to flow from places you never expected. Don’t let the enemy have any space in your mind ! Losing things and people will have you feel like your really losing, when god was just removing what he had to in order to make room for the upgrade. Hers your sign to keep the faith. #stayblessed #grindtime #alicetx #alicetxgyms #gymmotivation
