Wow, that was wet! Once round Lake Windermere via the hills #thelapwindermere , starting in the most torrential rain and then running up waterfalls, wading through bog and clambering over rock. But there was also a little sun and It was made so much better by all the great people running it and helping at aid stations. There was even pizza and a change of shoes and top at the half way point. It was hard work though and got back after dark but great to arrive to Amanda waiting having done amazingly- 4th FV50 and 5 hours ahead of me! #wetlap taken in Lake Windermere, The Lake District by @barneyjohnst
