@readytoorder.toronto - Prequel & Co. Apothecary is running a new six course tasting menu.

Bar Prequel is Frankie Solarik's follow-up to BarChef, and it ranked No. 42 on Canada's 100 Best Bars this year. The entrance still throws people off. You walk into what looks like a turn-of-the-century chemist shop on Queen West, then a hidden door opens into the lounge. Cocktails are crushed to order with fresh herbs and spices the way Paris apothecaries worked between 1890 and 1910, and the food is French-inspired small plates from culinary director Lionel Duke.

The 6-course tasting menu, $119 per guest:
- Glass of Champagne
- Caviar Taster
- Herbaceous, Citrus & Floral
- Hors d'Oeuvres
- Forest, Woods & Smoke
- Dessert

Inspired by the apothecaries of 1890–1910 Paris, Prequel & Co. is one of those places where the experience starts the second you walk in 🤩🙌

We came to try their new 6-course tasting experience featuring Champagne, caviar, cocktails, French-inspired bites & dessert 🤍 with different options you can choose throughout the experience.

The cocktails, food, atmosphere and service were all amazing. Definitely one of those Toronto experiences worth doing at least once 🍸
