🇬🇧 Driving up to @casxorc in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana proves right from the start that every bend in the road is well worth the climb. Perched high above the Sóller valley amidst terraced orchards, gardens, and the stone walls of a centuries-old olive press, it’s one of those spots where you feel like you’re touching the sky, far away from any rush.

Here, @barretesrestaurant delivers a table that genuinely lives up to the beauty surrounding it. Sóller-born chef Pep Lluís Mayol (‘Barretes’) draws from his mother’s recipes to create his own vibrant lane: relaxed Mediterranean fusion with subtle exotic twists and top-quality local produce. With everything cooked right in front of you from an open kitchen, it’s an inviting, unpretentious spot made for sitting back and taking your time.
