“Heaven Is Everywhere” is OUT EVERYWHERE NOW!!! So thankful for this one and the crew that were a part of it. @slimdan9 and @annikabennetttt are two of the most talented people I’ve ever met and are also a very great hang! Thankful that we sat down and started talking about our dream heavens and the afterlife one random day and that this song came from it. @jeremyschmett @its_joshoo and @samjacksonwillows thanks for adding life to this one and being so willing to work on it!!! Home…well I can’t believe I’m writing this but Grace and I moved to Nashville this past week and though we are very very excited, we also have been reflecting a lot on the lil mountain town we have both gotten to call home for our whole lives. Boone, you have shaped me into who I am in so many ways. You have inspired me to not only make art and create but most of all have always pushed me to be a better person, and for that I am blessed beyond words. This little town has a community like no other and it inspires me every time I think about it, as I believe community and love are what we as humans need in life and were created to be a part of and help build. You have been a place where people from other places, would now consider “home” or where they grew up, even if they spent a small amount of time in you. You have always been a place of light and welcoming others with open arms and that is something Grace and I always hope to have screwed into the woodwork of whatever house we live in. Thank you for my family that decided to move to you when I was a baby, the friendships I’ve built along the way, my Wife that I met when we were in 4th grade, the dog/piggy that I’ve gotten to be Dad too, and the music you’ve inspired me to make. The Lord put some extra love into this lil town and I hope to always bring the same joy to others that it has brought me. Love ya Boone, Appalachia, and my our lil first Home.
