Bit about me … 💁🏻‍♀️💃🏻
My main account is @jaimeewelsh
I’ve been a professional dancer for over 10years now dancing all over the world on cruise ships, tours, shows the whole thing. I made London my home again about a year ago to start building a life , still dancing just not so globally any more - and that’s when I re kindled my love of teaching movement ✨
Curious about anything - ask away!
Also available to teach first dances 💃🏻✨

What to expect in a SWEAT class in under 60sec 🏃‍♀️💦
6pm Tuesdays @herspacelondon

“But what is a sweat class?” people ask me …
It’s cardio, I’ll be honest it’s the class you need but don’t want 💃🏻- all the big dynamic barre movements you know and love but fast paced and keeping that heart rate elevated! You’ll love to hate it I promise 🫶✨😘

Come try it with me by @barrewithme.jaimee
