Learning never stops at Barron Swim School! 🌊

Today, three of our leaders are spending the day at the Women in Business conference, soaking up fresh ideas on leadership, growth, and building strong teams. Investing in continued education for our staff means a better experience for every swimmer and family who walks through our doors.

Grateful for a team that keeps showing up to grow — and for a room full of women leaders cheering each other on. 💙 taken in St. Louis, Missouri by @barronswimschool

It starts with all the small things. 💙 The first splash. The first lesson.

And then one day, they’re swimming across the pool, jumping in the lake, surfing the waves—and experiencing a world that’s bigger because they learned to swim.

Swim lessons don’t just teach a skill. They change a childhood. 🌊
