POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Come celebrate 5 years of the radio show with us next Friday, Oct 16th, @oregonexpressdayton!

@jennyarcade will be taking the helm! She is a mainstay in the Columbus scene and actually gave me one of my first opportunities to learn how to spin vinyl. ❤️

For hometown support we have @fu11b0dy, @sabastooge, @ngianniventura, and myself. As always we’ll have the best sound system in town courtesy of @_the_merkaba_!

It’s such an honor to spin dance music on @wyso91.3 and @novaphonic.fm but especially to share the airwaves with a bunch of amazing DJs. Thanks to anyone who’s ever supported the radio show, drove out to Yellow Springs to DJ, or bopped around at one of these monthly parties, it means the world to me! Let’s get gnarly! by @barryleonhard

We’re taking over the patio this month, Sept 18th, with some gnarly DJs and of course the best sound system in town!

From Columbus we got @melanie.pagani and @vagabondcode taking the helm. For local support @system.agboh and @trade_like_qualities will be opening up the night.

The monthly party series has been a blast this year so far and I’m so excited to see new faces on the dancefloor. This will be quite the summer send off with the warm, evening air and Dayton’s skyline in the background. THIS PARTY WILL HAPPEN RAIN OR SHINE! We can move indoors if the weather is bad. Thanks to @_the_merkaba_ and @oregonexpressdayton for making these parties a reality! by @barryleonhard

Here are some photos from the last Club Cuts event! Having @erin_void and @scott_void here to perform in Dayton was an absolute honor. It definitely won’t be the last time! Thanks to the other DJs and everyone who’s been supporting the monthly so far! by @barryleonhard

For this month’s Club Cuts headliner we have The Voids from Columbus @erin_void @scott_void. This DJ power couple specialize in full vinyl sets of EBM, dark wave, Italo disco… a very special sect of dance music that’s so playful and exciting. When starting the Club Cuts monthly these guys were at the very top of my list!

Also on the bill we have @djkboomboomc from Cinci, whose far reaching, gritty selections are perfect for this night. For hometown support we have a hybrid live/vinyl set from @tairmusic and Chicago transplant @andystroble will return to Dayton to hold it down.

@_the_merkaba_ will be providing the chest thumping bass as always with two 21” subwoofers. This is the Club Cuts guarantee of gnarliness and to be perfectly honest the reason this monthly dance night exists. Having a dedicated sound system like this in Dayton is very special and bringing in DJs, coming together to dance every month is something I’ve dreamed about for over a decade now. Come lose yourself on the dance floor!

As always @_the_merkaba_ will be providing a gnarly ass chest pounding sound system- the Club Cuts guarantee of gnarliness.

we're dancing all weekend down at Yellow Cab

May 8

For the third showcase of Club Cuts we have Detroit's Young Muscle taking the helm. This producer has developed a fresh take on left-field techno and his tracks are popping up in DJ sets around the globe.

For local support we have Dayton's very own Drut and Luke Tandy of Skeleton Dust Records opening up the night. Then to make things even gnarlier we have Teakup from Columbus who's absolutely perfect to hand things off to our main act. Finally Club Cuts host Barry Leonhard will close out the night.
