For Starters to advanced. I can come up with an endless variety of front lever exercises, but these are the once I think are the most common and functional to do anywhere. Goodluck and Squeez those muscles.

Toen ik door Wilfried de Jong werd uitgedaagd om het paard op te gaan, kon ik natuurlijk niet terug. Ten slotte had @bartdeurloo net voorgedaan hoe het moest 🤸 Blij dat hij achter me stond 😅

Prachtige ‘college day’ @hogeschoolrotterdam georganiseerd door lector Remco Beek. Over het @rotterdam2026 WK Turnen, 17-25 oktober in Ahoy.

Zo’n WK past bij Rotterdam als sportstad. Met de allerbeste turners van de wereld. Maar ook met veel aandacht voor breedtesport en bewegen, vooral voor kinderen.
