Staying healthy shouldn’t be guesswork. 💜

This Saturday morning I’ll be at Bartlett’s Farm for their Wellness Series, sharing something I’ve spent thirty years learning with my hands: your stress isn’t a personal flaw. It’s your best thinking — every habit and every bit of tension you carry got you here, and it deserves a thank-you before it deserves a fix.

We’ll talk about why “feeling like yourself” can quietly include being stressed, where the body actually keeps the score, and the three questions that turn a good moment into a good baseline. And we’ll do a short, simple exercise together — 60 seconds — so you leave having felt the difference, not just heard about it.
