Join us for the opening of ”PLACES WE GO” by Sophia Ammouri at @barvolta.se

Escapism is often dismissed as withdrawal a refusal to confront reality. This exhibition ”Places We Go” proposes a different reading. Here, fantasy is understood not as avoidance, but as a parallel method of survival: a space where the mind negotiates pressures that reality alone cannot contain.

The evening’s lineup features poetry by sara__rad, a live performance by @eplei2187, and dj set by @pbeatgirl & @brendakakor .

Join us at @barvolta.se on October 2nd from 20:00 to 03:00 <3

Opening: 02.10 at 8PM-3AM
Location: Brännkyrkagatan 71, Stockholm
No RSVP needed. taken in Stockholm, Sweden by @barvolta.se

WE LOVE DOGS! This is Zuri - great smile and great personality! Looks like a cute cow but with better ears and only wants to be hunted with the ball in her mouth. Doesn’t like when it’s thrown, she is a girl that knows what she wants 😤 by @barvolta.se
