A New Chapter Begins 🤍

As some of you know, yesterday marked my last day at ALTH. My heart is full of gratitude for Crystal and the incredible team of women who made that space so special. I’m proud of everything we built together and so excited for what’s to come—for ALTH and for myself.

I’ve been quiet on social media for a bit—honoring a season that didn’t feel aligned creatively. Still, the steady support from my clients has been unwavering, and for that, I’m endlessly thankful.

To those whose appointments were impacted and have been reaching out—thank you for your patience. I’ll be in touch within the week with booking details.

✨ The time has come to officially share: I’ll soon be opening the doors to my very own space ✨

The fact this announcement lands on my Papa’s heavenly birthday makes it all the more meaningful. He always spoke about the “chapters” and “doors” of life. I feel his presence today in the deepest way—not just celebrating what’s ahead, but honoring the growth that brought me here.

I’ve never felt more rooted in who I am. This season feels different—more authentic, more intentional. I have so many to thank for walking beside me (and sometimes carrying me) through it all. And while I’m far from perfect, I’m deeply committed to evolving, learning, and turning around to lift up the people I love most.

This life is wild, beautiful, and real—and I’m grateful to live it alongside all of you.

Thank you for the continued love and support. I can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter.

Acne Transformation 🎉 These photos were taken about 4 months apart. First treatment photo was taken January 13th 2022.

She got OFF of spironolactone and birth control and achieved these amazing results through holistic healing.

You can see we were tackling non-inflamed texture on the upper cheeks as well as inflamed acne on the neck and jawline.

This was after 3 treatments- two Custom Facials (with peels) and one DMK Enzyme Treatment.

Now we are just focusing on some minor non inflamed acne and post-inflammatory pigmentation.

Perioral dermatitis often shows up as clusters of tiny bumps, redness, and sensitivity—most commonly circling around the mouth, chin, and under the nose.

Pregnant women are especially prone due to hormonal shifts, immune changes, and a more delicate skin barrier. Perioral dermatitis on the sides of the mouth and chin in pregnancy points very strongly to candida/yeast overgrowth in the lower intestines, driven by hormone shifts and slower bowels in pregnancy.

Key things to consider:
- Certain prenatals can fuel this

Something sweet coming July 2026 👩🏽‍🍳💛

Life update- A few weeks late on this post. We’re [a little over] half way and expecting in just a few months, which is so crazy to think. Time has been flying and really just trying to be intentional and present with my body and time during this chapter. I’ve been able to tell many of my regulars in person the last few weeks, which has been so much fun.

More updates to come with time frame for leave and plans to keep each and every one of you taken care of while I take a few months away.

That being said I’ve been feeling great (for the most part hah) and would love to see you as much as possible before I step away for a brief period of time xo by @bas.spa.cdm

GUA: scraping SHA: redness

Going deeper with our Gua Sha treatments through @courtneyroseacupuncture @age_well_academy education 🤍

In this video, we’re intentionally locating and pulling up “sha” using a traditional Gua Sha scraping technique. The redness you see is a deliberate, therapeutic response — the body’s way of clearing stagnated energy and metabolic waste, supporting pain relief and accelerated recovery.

🩸The color, depth, and speed at which the skin turns red helps us assess the nature of the tension — whether it’s deep-rooted, recent, heat, inflammatory, or chronic.

8 years of marriage 🤍
These clips barely scratch the surface of all the ways Charles shows up for me — never a shortcut in sight, always the extra mile (and sometimes a few extra trips to Home Depot 🛠️).
He was basically our third contractor and project manager rolled into one, making sure my dream space came to life exactly how I pictured it.
He’ll never ask for recognition, but today feels like the perfect day to give it anyway — love you, Charles in Charge 🔨
