Struggling with your bat path?

The Open 45 Drill is a great tool to help hitters feel the lower-half load and better understand their direction through the swing.

For a right-handed hitter, the focus is to:
⚾ Stay inside the baseball
⚾ Work toward right-center field
⚾ Feel hip & shoulder separation
