Just hours ago, my EKG came back with news I wasn't expecting: an electrical malfunction in my heart.

When a doctor tells you your heart’s rhythm isn't firing the way it should, the world stops for a second. The immediate urge is to spiral, to ask "why me," or to let anxiety take the wheel.

But today reminded me of something crucial: adversity doesn't ask for permission. It just shows up. I’m taking every medical precaution and following up with the specialists, but mentally, I refuse to fold.

If you got news today that shook you—medical, personal, or emotional—remember that fear is only an emotion, not a life sentence. Breathe. Face it head-on.

Take it one hour, one step at a time. We don't quit. I will continue to push through, life goes on , life may throw many curve balls at you and sometimes it's a test of your willpower and strength but you just have to keep moving forward in motion stay positive 💪🫶! #healthnwellness #healthiswealth #explorepage #faith #strength by @baseline.striders
