Five weeks without a post — countless projects for clients and the finishing touches on the 2027 “Basel uss dr Luft” calendar kept me busy. Im Rahmen der Baselbieter Genusswoche waren wir im Restaurant Seegarten zu Gast und haben das Wildmenü probiert. Ein genussvoller Vorgeschmack auf das, was es aktuell im ganzen Baselbiet zu entdecken gibt. 🍽️

Vom 10. bis 20. September 2026 laden über 50 Veranstaltungen zu besonderen Genussmomenten ein. Lernt regionale Produzenten kennen, entdeckt kulinarische Spezialitäten und erlebt die Vielfalt des Baselbiets.

Wir haben dieses neue afghanische Restaurant Afghan Dera in Basel getestet und waren begeistert! Von den feinen Gewürzen über das frische Fladenbrot mit den Dips bis hin zum Ferni mit Kardamom, richtig fein. 🤤
