Two weeks ago, my family and I lost an incredibly special person- who I knew as Uncle Tank.

To anyone who knew Uncle Tank, I can guarantee he made you feel like family. He never took life too serious, and always took the time to tell you he loved you. His constant words of encouragement- telling me he believed in me, is something I will never forget.

I am incredibly grateful to have known Uncle Tank for the time I did, and I know he’s in heaven- in awe of God’s glory. His unwavering support is something I will always be thankful for, and I pray I can serve as a role model for A and Bridge like you were for me.

I will continue to organize wiffle ball games and make up the rules on the fly- and I will surely continue to “tank it up.” Until we meet again Uncle T!

“For I will remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.”

2025 was one of the most enjoyable years of my life, but also one of the most difficult. I spent some great time with family, I met a lot of amazing people, gained great teammates and friends—but also lost some special people.

I learned that no matter how much I rely on my own performance or my own perfection, it will never be enough. But there is someone who is enough—and that’s Jesus. No one could ever earn it; it’s a gift that’s available to all of us🙏
