KNGC activities has begun in BumbleBee Creative Elementary School! 🎉

From exploring food and nutrients to identifying the plants they nurtured in the garden, our young learners are putting their knowledge into action.

This World Food Day, we’re reminded that nourishing tomorrow starts with educating children about food, nutrition, and food systems today, harnessing the gift of childhood to build lifelong habits that will charge us further to the future of sustainable working food systems.

Just over a month ago, my best girl @hurairababy__ got married to her heartthrob and it was a beautiful experience to say the least. These are the unedited bits and memories of the experience that I absolutely loved.

Attended the 56th annual scientific conference and general meeting of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria and it's always a pleasure being in the presence of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to delivering multi-sectoral and multi disciplinary solutions to the public health challenge that is Nutrition in Nigeria. by @bashirayahaya

🌱 Tiny hands. Big dreams. Brighter futures. 💚

Our #KidsNutriGardenClub champions got their hands in the soil as they planted ewedu, soko (Lagos spinach), and corn at our participating schools! 🌽🌿

Every seed planted is a lesson in nutrition, responsibility, teamwork, and caring for the environment. Today, they're planting seeds. Tomorrow, they'll harvest healthy habits for life.
📢 The learning doesn't stop here! Kids Nutri-garden Vacation School (KNGVS) will be holding exciting summer programs in different schools across Ibadan throughout the August holiday break, where children will explore gardening, nutrition, technology, fun games, and much more.

Together, we're growing food, growing minds, and growing future food explorers—one school garden at a time. 🌍💚

LATE birthday post shall we?
So my birthday was some two weeks ago but I was in the thick of my research and barely had to for any celebration so I postponed till when I had a little free time.
I am eternally grateful to Allah for every little blessing, for my laughter that never withers regardless of what is going on around me, for my mind that never stops imagining what could be and dreaming the biggest dreams, for my heart that never stops loving and having faith. I am thankful for the years past and super excited and hopeful about the ones to come. ❤️

The last frame was my failed attempt at designing my birthday cake. Never mind how it looks, it tasted great. 😃 Also it's a representation of the chaos that has been this year. Also, happy is my current state of mind so I'm fine with that. 🤣 by @bashirayahaya
