“Happy Republic Day of Bashkortostan!”
— these warm words unite all of us today. They are repeated in every corner of Bashkortostan, and they echo in countries around the world! 🌍

Wherever students of #БГМУМинздраваРоссии continue their professional path and wherever our compatriots may be, their hearts always beat in unison with the melody of the kurai ❤️

The soul of each of us keeps the memory of the majestic expanses of our native land, the scent of honey, and the warmth of Bashkir hospitality.

✨We wish our republic prosperity and the further strengthening of its status as a center of science, culture, and unity.

“It is important to enhance the potential and quality of the entire higher education system, and support universities striving for development. Our ‘Priority 2030’ program is aimed at this,” - Vladimir Putin.

📍#Приоритет2030 is being implemented within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children”, which allows universities to become centers of Russia’s scientific and technological development.

National projects are implemented on the initiative and instruction of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin.

It is precisely the strategic vision and attention of the Head of State to the development of science, education, and medicine that set a powerful vector for the entire country’s movement forward.

🇷🇺Today, October 7, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, celebrates his birthday.

#БГМУМинздраваРоссии is not slowing down - right now, the second day of the cross-university expertise of the “Priority-2030” program is starting.

🛡️ Law, order and a comfortable environment: continuing the series of legal meetings with international students! 🌍

As part of the work on legal adaptation and ensuring safety, a series of important preventive talks was held with international students.

The main focuses were combating illicit drug trafficking, liability for offenses, and strict compliance with residence rules.

Geography and reach of the event:
🔹 Dormitories No. 5 (Building 4) and No. 4: A large-scale meeting was held, covering 138 students (65 students in Building 5 and 73 in Building 4).
🔹 Additional meeting: Curator I.Kh. Buvaev conducted a specialized talk on the topics “Use of prohibited substances” and “Dormitory rules.”

👤 Speakers and responsible persons:
The key lectures were delivered by Deputy Dean Yasser, curators I.Z. Ishmukhametov and D.I. Shirgazin.

Students were given detailed explanations not only of the severe legal consequences of unlawful actions in the Russian Federation, but also of practical prevention measures.

4 rules for a safe and comfortable life in the dormitory
1️⃣ Zero tolerance for prohibited substances
Russian legislation provides for the strictest liability for the use, possession, and distribution of drugs.
2️⃣ Respect the dormitory rules
The dormitory is your second home, but hundreds of different people live in it. Observe quiet hours, do not bring outsiders into rooms, keep common areas clean, and respect your neighbors’ right to rest and study.
3️⃣ Knowledge of the law is your main protection
Remember that ignorance of the laws of the Russian Federation does not exempt you from liability.
4️⃣ The curator is available 24/7
If you face pressure, are offered dubious “earnings,” or find yourself in a difficult life situation — do not stay silent! Contact your curator immediately.

🎓 We thank Deputy Dean Yasser, curators I.Z. Ishmukhametov, D.I. Shirgazin, and I.Kh. Buvaev for their dedication and important educational work!

🏏🔥 A Weekend Full of Cricket, Passion & Team Spirit! 🏆

The Federation of Cricket of Tatarstan organised an exciting cricket tournament on 26th & 27th September, with teams from Sechenov Medical University, Kazan State Medical University, Bashkir State Medical University & Orenburg State Medical University taking part. 🏏

Our Bashkir State Medical University (BSMU) team delivered an outstanding performance throughout the tournament and proved to be one of the strongest teams on the field! 💪🔥

Unfortunately, due to time constraints and organizational issues, the scheduled final between Sechenov Medical University and BSMU could not be played. The result was therefore decided on NRR, leaving BSMU with the 2nd position 🥈.

🌟 Congratulations to our captain, Aaryan Beniwal, for being awarded Best Batsman of the Tournament! 🏏👑

A heartfelt thank you to the Federation of Cricket of Tatarstan for inviting us to such a wonderful event. ❤️
👏 Kudos to the entire BSMU cricket team — you made us proud! 🏏🔥

At the BSMU venue in the Interuniversity Campus, the All-Russian Forum of Anesthesiologists and Intensive Care Specialists was held.

The event brought together specialists from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kemerovo, and Ufa.

Ildar Lutfarakhmanov, Dean of the International Faculty and Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care at BSMU, addressed the forum participants with a welcome speech.

The forum was dedicated to the problems of chronic critical conditions, respiratory support, and the rehabilitation of severe patients in intensive care. A significant part of the presentations concerned pulmonary aspects — from difficulties in diagnosing respiratory failure to comprehensive respiratory and nutritional support, as well as early rehabilitation.

Last week, thanks to our students, Yekaterinburg spoke many languages 🌍

The World Youth Festival brought together over 10,000 participants from 191 countries.

International students from #БГМУМинздраваРоссии were among the lucky ones who found themselves at the epicenter of the main youth event.

Over the week, our students managed to:
📍make friends from all over the world,
📍discuss the future of science and technology with leading experts,
📍become ambassadors of their cultures: share traditions and learn new things about other countries,
📍recharge with motivation that will definitely last for the entire academic year.

“I’m still impressed by the high level of organization. Everything was thought out down to the last detail; the event was simply magical!”

All the most interesting: https://bashgmu.ru/news/89422/
