One month ago, we rolled out the mats on a tennis court and welcomed the very first Aloha community practice.

It wasn’t just about yoga.

It was about creating a place where movement brings people together. Where a tennis court can become a yoga studio. Where strangers become friends. Where wellness isn’t a trend—it’s a way to connect.

That morning marked the beginning of something much bigger than classes or sport.

Aloha was created to be a place where you can move, meet and belong.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey from day one. 🤍

I’m currently attending a program on women’s health, hormones and menopause at Harvard Medical School.

Not just as a participant — but as someone who wants to help build a new language around women’s hormones.
One that connects medicine, lifestyle and business into real solutions for women.

Over the next few days I’ll be sharing the most interesting insights, ideas and conversations from the program.

If women’s hormonal health interests you — stay tuned. by @basiaopalinska
