This moment. The people I’ve met. This team. The relationships I have built and life long friends. There are no words to describe what happened this week. I am officially done with my cheerleading career signing off as a partner stunt national champion , a d1 national champion, and now a WORLD CHAMPION with competing and HITTING the hardest all girl routine ever competed, with the most insanely talented and strongest mentally and physically group of girls and coaches I have ever met!

Thank you to everyone back home watching my journey the past 4 years! I’ve gotten so many messages and love that it seriously makes me tear up seeing how many people that care!

I message I want to leave to cheerleaders continuing being in the sport year after year that absolutely nothing you put your mind to is impossible! There have been countless number of people, including people that I thought were close to me, that have tried to put me down and “make fun” of my work ethic and personality, and if I let that break me, I would’ve never been in the position I am today! I hope I’ve made a positive impact in the opportunities/teams I have been apart of, and I pray that my past teammates can continue to love the sport, have so much fun, and enjoy every single moment they have still cheering.

With that being said, I will be in the cheerleading industry somewhere I promise! Just not in cheer shoes and taping my wrist anymore 🥺 thank you cheerleading for saving my life, now time to be successful in my next steps of life ! #iloveyouamerica #gold #missionaccomplished taken in Orlando,Flordia by @basic_paige

DID NOT want to make this post, because I did not want to believe this season has come to an end!

To a team that was not going to compete at Nationals, I never say enough how proud I am to be your coach and watch the high and lows that come with being a student athlete. With any setback or accomplishment this team has enconutered, I have never seen a group of individuals love each other more than themselves, and come together to continue to thrive. Regardless of outcomes this season, I always tell my athletes to trust, love, and embrace process, which is what advice I take right back to myself, and it always brings me to tears!

Love pouring my heart and soul into this program, and @tjbetts what a dream we get to do this together!

I hope everyone is ready for APSU Cheer 26-27 ! ❤️ #beepbeep #itsmorefunonthebus #whosreadyforbook2? by @basic_paige
